GET PAID TO SKATE
What does it mean to be a Ghostskate Coach?
BECOME A COACH
The goal of the Ghostskate coach is to build a group of community members who are passionate about supporting the local skateboarding community. The coaches are given training in holding group skates around parks and on bike paths throughout the city.
This training includes:
1 How to conduct a safe group.
2 Teaching the basics of how to skateboard.
3 Creating a positive environment which never leaves a member behind.
Ghostskate coaches work in pairs to hold community events. Each team of coaches works together to schedule their event, conduct an accessible event, and document the event with a few group photos.
The Ghostskate Coaches are local community leaders that host our calendar of meetup events. The coaches are given training in holding group skates around park areas and bike paths throughout the city. Check out the full details at the Become A Coach page!
